Venue Menu is a brand spanking new website dedicated to helping people find the best venues for any event. Basically, it’s all about finding places to have fun, and we were very happy to develop the logo and branding for this great new Perth business.
This business is all about getting out there and discovering new places to relax and have fun. Driven by an energised group of young directors, when it came to designing the Venue Menu branding we wanted to create something ambitious and lively, confident and approachable.
Judging by the feedback the team got at the 2015 AHA Expo, we’ve done a pretty good job.
The name was invented to have a lightening bolt effect on consumers, paving the way for Venue Menu to stand out from the crowd and painting a crystal clear picture of the services they provide.
We stuck with a dual-colour palette across all branding material to create high visibility and cut through in every cluttered environment, from online to expo spaces. This approach has been integrated across all materials from pull up banners to the website itself.
The icing on Venue Menu’s brand cake was a peppering of cheeky-chappie headlines to complete their communications with messages that attract attention and engage by using humour and some good old fashioned alliteration.
