We've been lucky enough to work with Tang for over 2 years now and a time honoured process is starting to roll out across a variety of applications.
Tang Technology are a rare brand in Perth - A company with a long and successful heritage built on consistent service delivery, high standards and family values.
As befits a brand of this kind, change doesn't happen without deliberate consideration of the options and a healthy dose of conservatism. That's exactly as it should be. The outcome means there is time for us to develop and refine, and time for the client to reach a happy concensus with input from all the decision makers.
Last year we implemented the first outward change to the brand with new hoarding signage on the Osborne Park head office, thanks to Kingman. A simple, sophisticated and beautifully executed illuminated sign, and a more basic version for the street.
Since then, we have been working on Brand Guidelines, Corporate Stationary (shown here in a quick snap shot of the samples) and more recently branded vehicles and packaging materials for product dispatch, all going into production shortly.
Perhaps the most rewarding stage of any branding project, big or small, fast or slow, is the time where it all comes together with multiple executions hitting the streets and working in unison.
In terms of our brand design solution, the big step forward for Tang is the use of 'T' as an iconic graphic device. It features on all material and we're looking forward to seeing the vehicles on the road soon, each featuring a large format 'T' covering the rear sides of every vehicle in the Tang fleet.
Of course developing logo design and brand identity concepts is great fun and exciting.
But nothing matches the feeling of seeing the work hit the street, looking smart, integrated and visually powerful.
